Product launch

Hello hello!

I have recently joined a b2b startup as a PM. I have a new challenge at hand, a scenario I haven’t faced as a PM before.

We are launching a brand new product. How do we go about launching the product in the market? How do we create noise to gain some eyeballs? What would be few of the action items which create maximum impact with minimal efforts?

Plan a gtm. If it’s b2b then you’ll need lots of content.

With content, create a content calendar. Consistency is the key. This will help you with search traffic, long term.

In short term, you can do product hunt launch, get some folks to upvote you.

Geo is equally important. If you already have competitors and want to poach some clients, then figure out the forums they hangout on, and try to grab eyeballs. High intent traffic is more imp than generic buzz.
