Profile Switch Dilemma 3YOE

3 YOE in FrontEnd well versed in Backend Technologies with 200+ leetcode solved, chose frontend but started hating css. Should I switch for the backend profile? How would It affect my pay? Currently @14LPA, need open suggestions on whether to do so or not?
