Some important things u can look out for

  1. Product led culture or sales/business led
  2. How do they do product discovery
  3. How does PM interact with the end user / customer
  4. Definitely wfh has its con in terms of bringing the impact & collaboration but there are pros as well your own schedule lesser distrations etc
