Hey, is anyone here from Protiviti. I have an offer from Protiviti, I want to understand how is the work culture of the firm, consulting projects, growth opportunities in the long run. I also have an offer from Deloitte USI (paying more than Protiviti) but it would be on the delivery side than consulting. Can someone please share their experience with Protiviti.

How is the work culture of Protiviti. Do they allow remote work. If hybrid, then how days do you have to go to the office a week. How is salary structure n hikes?
