What is difference between Deloitte usi and Deloitte India? Which one is better?
Deloitte USI: a region within the Deloitte US organization, with offices across seven cities in India–Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, and Chennai. Deloitte India (Offices of the US) and Deloitte USI (US India) is the same thing. It is basically the offshore unit of Deloitte US. Deloitte India is separate, just for India, serving Indian clients.
Both Deloitte and PWC are good companies in the corporate environment. Working in the “Big Fours” is quite prestigious. But, in the comparison between Deloitte vs PWC, you need to choose one that suits your preferences. While Deloitte is known for its sustainability practice, technology and innovation, PWC offers great training practices. The work environment of PWC is also more traditional than Deloitte which offers a modern and more flexible work environment.
I've worked for both Deloitte India and PwC India, so I know personally what makes each company special. I like Deloitte's focus on technology-driven solutions and its wide global network, which offered exposure to a wide range of projects. PwC India, on the other hand, defined itself by stressing working with clients and taking a broad approach to advice, which improved an open and personalised work environment.
When it comes to "Deloitte vs PwC," I would go with Deloitte because of its innovative culture and clients for career development. PwC, on the other hand, is great for people who value a more friendly atmosphere with high client involvement. This decision ultimately comes depending on your priorities: relationship-driven consultancy (PwC) or tech-driven solutions and quick expansion (Deloitte).
Never going back to India practise again, I am loving the work culture in Global practise there is a lot to learn and diversification of people
How is the career growth at Deloitte USI, I have offer from PWC and Deloitte both with almost same CTC and same role( consulting domain). Which one will have best growth ? want openings so that I can decide which one I should join.
Ey India vs Deloitte India. Which one is better in terms of growth, salary, culture and wlb ? If anyone has any inputs for this, please suggest.
