I was transferred from citi to axis. Against my will. I had needed zero interactions with citi customer support in 12 years. Needed three with Axis within a month. Dealing with a bunch of retarded systems and orioles across the board. Working with them is a torture.
Eg:
1/ i have to approve small transactions via an automated phone call. Even when i created the mandate. Call comes when their system processes the payment. If i don’t respond they would cancel my card. Imagine it happening to you when in a flight.
Posit: their customers are a tier below that.
2/ i said yes on 3rd or 4th call. They unblocked the card. Didn’t process the transaction.
3/ for anything the system doesn’t work. I don’t get the answer as to why a transaction didn’t go through and have to wait 10 days for any feedback.
4/ they even called me for a upi transaction.
5/ i still have to answer security questions to logon to their Internet banking,
Please switch from axis. It will make your life hell.
