What experience do you have?
PwC or Accenture is too vague a question, both have their pros and cons. Depends on your practice area/ function , your rapport with your manager and function lead /partner. It also depends on how your career path has been - if it has been stagnant it’s good to move out and grow, if you are growing in your current org, have a compensation that is good as per benchmarks and have a good rapport with your leads, it doesn’t make a sense to switch because end of the day even the best of the organizations are as good as your manager and team. It’s a gamble which you can avoid.
Good explanation sir thank you
