I received this email from ClearTax saying there is a discrepancy on my ITR filed in July. But when I logged into the ITR portal it says filed successfully. There is no notice on the portal. Is this some marketing gimmick from ClearTax?

I have got a phising email, check the email id of sender. It has clear.in domain name while it sud be cleartax.in
might be phishing. Make sure if all other mails got the same domain name.
Did you got any intimation from IT department?
No i even checked my spam folder. Nothing.
Ignore Cleartax , if there were meant to be any issues the IT department will have an intended steer.

I filed ITR yesterday via ClearTax. It was super smooth unlike the experience I had two years back. Had to pay 1.6k as it was classified as ITR3.

Do not fall for people promising fake refunds while filling ITR. Engaging with them can land you in big trouble, leading to potential income tax notices and legal complications. Stay vigilant and protect yourself from fraud.
