It’s funny how tables have turned and companies are failing big time in demonstrating values they expected from us !

1. Loyalty - we gave you our extra time, you have us pink slips

2. Work ethic - reply to that god damn mail you HR

3. Empathy - can we pls be informed of our sacking in advance ? :)

4. Consistency - what? you changed your policy again ?

5. Conducive work environment - can these founders stop fighting ?

6. Caution and restraint- we don’t need free lunches ! Please save that money to save someone’s job !

7. Integrity - Fraud alert !

8. Positivity - what do you mean you don’t have runway for next 2 months?

9. Innovate - we launched the product just 10 seconds ago !

10. Meet deadlines - your company met the ‘dead’ part of it :)
