The bill is void at least until 2039 if we continue the 5 year full term loksabha election Cycles It's all an eyewash It comes into force after the delimitation based on census later than 2026 The census later than 2026 is in 2031(if done as planned decennial) The 2021 census isn't done yet So the delimitation based on 2031 census would take 4-5 years, which means it'll skip the 2034 general elections So earliest this would come to force is 2039 if everything goes as scheduled for lok sabha and the assembly elections that'll be held around 2035/36 or later if there's no new drama at that point like one nation one election or other so called reforms

So we can very well forget this for 2 decades
