Reason to leave your last job and regret leaving it

I do regret leaving the previous job.

1. I was eligible for good hike and bonus
2. I had authority and was managing a team
3. My word and presence was respected. I left because I was getting less pay and the ongoing project demanded travel which was taking toll on me.

I regret as at current job there’s no life only work. The city I’m at is more expensive so hike doesn’t match the expense. The team treats me as a trash who can do all their work even on weekends.

Bit of both. Don't regret leaving but the managers in previous org had spine whereas here managers are spineless vampires waiting to suck all ideas out of you and make a run for their own promotion.

No regret. Most of my team members had already left.
