Rehiring policy In CNX

I just want to know more about the rehiring policy of Concentrix. I left the company in October 2022, and want to rejoin again, in another process. But the HR consultant who is hiring for it, said that I won't get a hike or would only get a 10% hike on the salary I was getting with CNX. Is there any way I can apply for this company and get my desired hike?
