Reservation in Private sector

I guess there is already a precedence in north India of courts striking down reservations in private sector. So we might really not see this being implemented in Karnataka.

Also Supreme Court is already hearing petitions of similar bills passed by Haryana and Andhra Pradesh govt. So this will just get added to that list and will not be implemented until Supreme Court decides on it.
