Hello I am looking to return to work after a 5 Years Gap (just before covid). Had to take a break to take care of my in laws, both 90+, (because my husband is an emergency doctor who was at the forefront of covid treatment ) and with kid duties recently.
previously have worked in multinationals as a consultant in risk domain (non tech)
given the gap, and young kid, i am looking to start entry level / good wlb job and am looking for guidance

There are plenty other Return to Work programs across MNCs. TCS, GE, VMW had some of the most well publicised ones.
The key for her is to not get lost in the noise - these programs will hire despite an overall stall in hiring in those companies. So don't be presumptuous and apply via the right program.
I don't know her specific skills, but you don't have to get back at the end of the queue. At worst L-1 from where she was prior to her break.
