My view as a Malayalee Hindu from Kerala:

This film is nothing but a majoritarian view of Kerala from the lens of North India. Yes - there is Islamic radicalism in Kerala. That is there across India. Even the data proves that IS recruits and terror cases are rampant across India with UP and TN topping the list of "reported" cases. Singling out Kerala just serves a political agenda :)

PS: I know it's hard to imagine for Non Malayalees, but Kerala has a strong regional identity among Malayalees. A Malayalee Muslim is very strongly connected to a Malayali Hindu unlike in most parts of India (barring TN).

The over-sensationalism surrounding Kerala and Islamic Radicalism is utterly unfounded.

If this film explained Islamic radicalism in India in general without hyping Kerala it would have made it more true to facts.

It’s one of the best movies to watch. Got my sisters to watch it forced them to come to movie with me. It’s sad seeing the radicalism and while seeing the movie I felt my blood boiling I felt like killing these ISIS guys.

You are the typical idiot the movie was made for. Slowly they will mold that into hatred for one relegion

And then your mind will belong to the state.

Also don’t get me wrong I have muslim friends, own an Afghani restaurant in India Bamyan. Dated a Turkish girl during my university days she was my best friend’s sister would’ve married her dad gave his blessings.

Not hating on muslims in general but hating on radical muslims who did 26-11 and 9-11, have no respect for such demons really sorry

Neither the actual figure is 32000 nor 3.
Yes, Islamic radicalism is thriving in Kerala. It doesn't mean that every hindu/Christian is being converted forcefully.Anyone who denies this is peddling propaganda.

Absolutely. And this is happening everywhere. And another thing is, no other state would even let this type of news go out

If you were to brainwash someone by feeding them lies and false narratives and then try to convert them, isn't that forced conversion? And if somebody were to understand their religion in great depth, why would they convert in the first place?

I haven't watched the movie. But, based on my understanding, what's portrayed has happened, but only very few. And that's something which came on the news. The exact same thing is happening in other states as well, and around the world. It's just that it barely makes it to the media.

In Kerala, almost everything becomes a big news.

Even the director of the movie agreed in court that the number cited is not correct, and the 'story' is based on real incidents (with enough fiction for a movie) (hence the teaser was also ordered to be taken down).

At the end of the day, it's an evil that's happening in our society and everyone should be aware of it.

Great movie without any doubt 💯💯

Being pushed by politicians to get a foothold in kerela. Nothing else. Whatever else the police, raw or army can handle. Don't return to Monkee.
