I am considering joining AppDynamics as a software engineer (fresher). Would like to know about the culture, learning scope, wlb etc. This would be my first job as I join the workforce hence any suggestions or tips would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance!!!

Yes. There is training for freshers. Different groups has different duration so cant comment on that part. It varies from 1 month to upto a year
