Without work Visa will it be difficult to get calls for interviews from outside India? Or should I get a work Visa first and it would be easier to get the calls? Or is it not a problem to get calls easily from visa sponsored jobs? What should be my approach?
Is work Visa easier to get without any offer in hand? If it is possible, should I get US, Europe, Australia, Dubai or any other's work Visa based on the possibility to get it and the scope for ML engineer requirement/role.
Please suggest the process if I should apply for a work Visa first or how, if you have any ideas.
Local talent is less in Dubai so you'll be able to get a visa easily. Also the Saudi govt is trying to grow the startup ecosystem so Saudi should also be easy. In Europe, I've seen companies in Amsterdam and Germany hire from india, such as booking.com and delivery hero. There should be more too.
