Sealed her Olympic spot after an unforgiving qualification process. Became the 1st Indian woman wrestler to qualify for three successive Olympics.
I hope she wins 🥇 and that would a tight slap in the ruling govt, news channels and all the bhakts who said these wrestlers were doing drama.
What’s more interesting is to see how the PM calls her to congratulate after not having ever spoken on the protest.
Even BJP supporters, including myself, are rooting for her. Whatever the politics or disagreements, Nation always comes first.
Haha, nation is made of people. If the govt don’t value its people what the point? As long as you get to see a medal against our flag, everything is okay. Thats such a sad thing to say.

How can the wrestler not be aware of the high weight ? What diet does she take after her semifinal? Did her coach take any precautions? Or is he aware? So many questions......
Heartbreak for me personally as I was (and still am) super proud of what she had achieved provided the treatment that she got during the wrestler’s protest.
A conspiracy maybe?
Her disqualification owing 100 gm overweight is pending for review in Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), seeking a joint silver medal.
