Hey how do you folks on rotational shift manage your fitness goals huh!!? Like this week ur in day shift and next week ur in night shift.

How are you guys managing to maintain sleep cycle, diet and workout?

Bro basically shift changes every week, 9am to 6pm, 2pm to 11pm, 6pm to 3.30am, 10pm to 7am

The first 2 is more or less a normal day only I can manage but one week into the night shifts totally screws up the system and sleep cycle and by the time I get adjusted to night shift, I'm back in day shifts, and by the time I get adjusted here again night
