Salary discussion

Hi, just wanted to know if it’s okay to lie about your salary on a job application. I mean I know it’s not okay but I know I’m severely underpaid and am looking at just industry standards and now there is a company who is willing to offer what I deserve but they require pay slips and that just doesn’t sit well because what do I exactly do now? Need to know how to fix this situation? And how can I proceed?
