Does anyone have any idea about salary slabs at Walmart? I am interviewing for a Senior Data Scientist role at Walmart. What would be a good total expected CTC to quote given my profile below (the CTC structure would be base+10% variable+10% stocks):
Yoe: 7 years 9 months Current CTC: 30.4 LPA (all fixed) Offer in hand: 42.5 Lpa (fixed) + variable (amount not mentioned)

I have HR round scheduled with Walmart today for SDE3 Role. What's the recommended fixed pay + variable to ask? YOE : 4 CURRENT CTC : 17.8L fixed + 1.3l bonus. I heard they are lowballing these days so any help would be highly appreciated!
