Salary progressions

Considering multiple options of generalist career tracks I can do. I am currently at 55 LPA in a project/program management VP role in a startup with 10yoe. No MBA tier 1 B Tech. Have RSUs too. Few questions -

  1. What's the general hike year on year I came expect keeping a 5 year horizon. Does hike generally go better in senior leadership? Can I demand like 15% year on year. That gets me close to 1 CR in 4 years which is where I'd like to be. Is it realistic? Can I go higher? Anyone who knows how salaries grow in generalist roles in startups and what's the bar I can aim for

  2. Similarly if I take consulting. If I have to switch to Big 4 or take a position cut and switch to MBB till what level can you progress and what does progression look like

I am coming in from a lens that after a point in senior leadership it seems to me company can only increase your salary to a point how do people navigate this? How does salary generally rise once you are above 50 LPA and are not in FAANG type places which have very fixed payment brackets
