Salary Suggestion

Hello Everyone,

I am an SAP Security and GRC Consultant with 4 years of experience currently working with Deloitte.

Right now my annual package is 9 LPA (Fixed) and 85000 (Variable). I have been offered by another company for 14 LPA (Fixed) and 10% variable (this no. Is not included in Annexure but a one liner is mentioned for the same).

What should be my ask as per the market standards and for what package I should settle down at the last.
