Does anyone know this new scam in town by onroadz self drive rentals, yes basically what happens here is they book your slot after arriving for the vehicle they go on saying that car is no longer available if you want you can another car which will cost extra so obviously agitated us we go by saying just refund the money however they deny anyy refund you can either cancel and leave or take the other vehicle at additional cost of you insist they ll have goons there to shoo u away beware while using these services and ensure your ready the actual reviews!!!

Sometimes they genuinely don't have booked vehicle because previous user crashed it, but most professional companies offer free upgrade to next available car.
I've even got upgrade from zoomcar back in March 2020, before they sold inventory and become crap.
