SDE 1 fresher comp at Amazon

My CTC break up is as follows:

Base: 19.17 L Sign on bonus (1st year): 6.47 L Sign on bonus (2nd year): 5.16 L RSUs: 15.56 L

What is gonna be my in hand salary for the first year? Second year? And then on?

Depends. How is your RSU vested? What is the bonus target? Based on current info- Year 1- Base +Sign On Year 2- Base + Sign On + vestedShare

Just add the bonus and you will get the overall. BTW, is this what they are offering at Campus selection?

Our RSUs are vested as follows: 1st yr: 5% 2nd yr: 15% 3rd yr: 40% (20% every 6 months) 4th yr: 40% (20% every 6 months)

There is no bonus target but the annual appraisal usually ranges from 5-15%.

They offered us a bit less during our campus drive. But they increased it to the given figures in the last quarter.

Amazon vesting sucks. Basically you are only one your base salary. So you have it then how much you will get. After taxes, I guess you will get 120k. Don't order iPhone with it.

Depends on how you plan your investments. It will range between 1.4 Lakhs to 1.75 lakhs per month.
