My brother is a 2016 mechanical graduate he took 6 years to prepare for different government jobs and finally landed at HDFC where he has to go through a 1 year mba program from Manipal University,
He completed his mba did his job for 1 year and realised he is not a good fit for a Sales job.
He then started his IT career and worked in an IT organisation for 1 year then got an offer from another hence resigned from the current one, the new organisation revoked offer as the job market started getting bad bad, he is working as an intern in a startup now, and looking for job simultaneously, he is getting selected in tech round but in HR round getting rejected because of this gap, please suggest how to overcome this issue and if there is any referal or job opportunity please do let me help with the same.
