Seeking career guidance 🥲....would be very grateful for your help!!

I’m currently a BTech fresher and working as a business process modelling associate, and now will soon delve into business process intelligence. I’ve worked on RPA tools like power automate also. I’m also improving the knowledge of the business processes (functional processes), Data Analytics and visualization tools. My aim is to earn a decent amount (more than a lakh in hand), with a good work life. I’m currently earning 40k inhand wfh, in a good project. People in the same/related fields please guide me. Because on linkedin and other tools, all people suggest is that only coding or an MBA can help, but I don’t think so and wouldn’t like to do any of that either.
