My work life balance is manageable in my current role and it is important to me. Startups can be exciting but they come with unpredictable hours and uncertainties. I’m seeking opportunities that better align with my career growth and compensation.
Got it, though not all startups are that bad when it comes to WLB. I was expecting a response similar to this from you, hence asked. For 5 YOE with good skillset, you can expect to be over 25lpa fixed in some startups. I work in one and probably work around 8.5 hours aporox daily. Weekends, but sometime, i may have to work an hour or two.
