I’ve been consistently applying for Business Analyst roles at Amazon through their Careers Website but haven’t received any response from the HR team. For those who’ve successfully landed interviews, what approach did you take? Also, does a verbal referral hold any weight at Amazon, or is it strictly portal referrals? I’ve been referred through the portal, but that doesn’t seem to be working.
Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
