Profile: ~7 yoe, ~3.5 in product
But the company is really lowballing on CTC, offering almost just as much as current company and saying that we can't go beyond this.
Overall, I am considering this offer due to personal reasons (closer to family).
Want to know 2 things:
Can you please share the offer?
A. Always negotiate B. Usually 3.5 years in product doesn't easily get a Sr PM role. Were you a developer before that?
