Kp, Vinam Nagar, Kalyani Nagar are one of the costliest areas in the city. Vishrantwadi, Tingre Nagar, Dhanori areas offer some medium cost options if considering renting a flat.
Which are 15 mins away from Commerce Zone/Business Bay

Viman Nagar has some good PGs and many people working at Yerwada stay there, Stanza Living Zolo etc. I would suggest finding a local PG since these companies are really frustrating sometimes and also more expensive.
