Shitty experience with colleagues !

So i was working as a social media specialist with this insurance broking firm who is planned out to go big but haven't go the right people in their team. I was working with my two colleagues one was same age of mine and other was my junior , so the colleague who has the same age mine used to do admin work like contacting vendor , printing flyer hadn't had any experience in social media. The junior used to cut scenes from the movies and put it in social media for a theater company. In my previous company we used to breakdown concepts we used to ideate innovative ideas for the content but no one is able to contradict on my ideas. No one is able to work on their own this turned into exhaustion i was working 6 day a week as i love the insurtech space but how can i innovate new ideas for content when no one is able to think on my level. I mean the company owner wanted to be top on the food chain but won't higher people that are coming from top of the food chain. Overall i had to go for approvals to the md on daily basis from morning to evening my most of day would go on for communicating him about concept . This took a toll on my mental health so i quit that job !
