I'm working in Amazon more than 5 years in support and recently got an offer from S&P Global, Noida for Application support engineer role with good hike.
As I've spent good amount of time in Amazon in support so should I change now or not?

What is the scope of application support role in S&P ? How is work ? Difficulty level, time etc.
How's management in S&P ?

How's hike and promotions?
How's IHS markit department in S&P ?
Is there layoffs happening frequently in support role ?
