I got laid off in November. Had no luck getting an offer since then untill now. Recently recieved and offer from this company x. Glassdoor reviews are shit. They could only match my salary. Work from office with strict timings 9.30am to 7pm. According to reviews CEO is a hitler v2. Worst part is they have 3 months notice period. Only seemingly intresting part about this company is its work. Again, not so sure about that. They’re intlo building AI, ML and IOT solutions for companies.
Should I join this company and look for jobs or should I keep the offer and try for another one?

If cant afford to wait please join. The outlook right now isnt the best. A lot of horror stories are expected going forward. Its a tough time but it will make you more resilient
I can afford to wait considering financials. Im sure I would not be able to give interviews if I join this company. They have strict timings and apparently ceo micromanages everything.
Look at a short term tenure for like a year or so till things become better. Compromise is better for now given your condition.
Join and keep searching and quit when a good org comes in with a decent offer
I would suggest you to wait if possible and look for other orgs. It will be easier for you to crack interviews now. Based on your YOE, there will be plenty of opportunities available.
If thats thr case then wait it out. My POV was there are lesser jobs out there and waiting for a job feels sick.
