Should I keep switching after every 2 year
Me thinking to switch after every 2 years max, for bettter opportunity 🤟, and better hike. Because eventually after 1-2 year, you reach saturation point.
My concern is It is good to switch to new company even if current company is really good with you in all the way possible.... Except giving salary hike😔

Your value at a company really compounds if you stick longer. You would switch, get hike and then stagnant for next few cycles and then repeat.

In my opinion, it takes you 1 year to just understand how a company works, what they value, what internal systems are like.
After a year is when you can actually make an impact inside of a company.
If you've found a good company (more so if it's a good start up with sorted basics and good leadership team) - stick around for 2-3 years. You'll see more growth.
It's not always about the money :)

Honestly the job market is catching up to the boom, stable candidates will soon be preferred.
Heard from a CBO - folks nowadays just shift companies in a year to the next level when they haven't even delivered in their current role. How can you deliver results in 1 year??? Market was different earlier, but now, we have 100's of options. But yes, will need patience to sift through 500 resumes
