There’s a guy in my org.
He does something great , out of the box , once in a while , something that others are not willing enough to work on like clearing tech debts , enhancing productivity, sharing ideas on new features , learning new tech , things like these , and then chills for next 2 weeks , at times doesn’t show up entire day and puts status power cut.
But he is the one getting 100% promotions year on year from past 2 years !!
You gotta find a way to keep your CTO happy , other than that do anything just keep showing up and once in a while and act like you are the CTO , small tasks others can do !! 🫠
