Im not proud of this. But i was slacking off my work by working on a single feature the whole week. I could’ve finished the development part in 3 days. But i was not having motivation to work. Rather i was spending my time playing xbox 😑

There’s a guy in my org. He does something great , out of the box , once in a while , something that others are not willing enough to work on like clearing tech debts , enhancing productivity, sharing ideas on new features , learning new tech , things like these , and then chills for next 2 weeks , at times doesn’t show up entire day and puts status power cut.

My manager and seniors were upset,since I started to work on tasks from other development teams 😂.Dude what I do? I didn't have solid work for 2 weeks. Anyways my seniors asked to upskill.I got a task now.i can finish it within a single day but I am draging it for weeks. Because of this I am planning to switch.
