Someone is making 73L as a PM with 2 years experience

What do you think? PM salaries look unpalatable to me now.

Hahaha

That’s pretty much common. ESOP would be 36/4
This is a basic L4 in Google even more with good counter offer.

@RainManX hey what is Google PM entry level salary and please specify the components too

If ESOP is 36/4, then per year it's 9 lacs. Which makes CTC 46 LPA.

Esops not correctly mentioned is potentially creating skew in grapevine salary insights

Atlassian grants ESOPs every year?

FuzzyNugget

It’s inaccurate. Atlassian doesn’t give ~40k USD RSUs per year for this band. Divide the 36l by 4 for the accurate number.

Might be incorrect. Stocks can be for 4 years. I know that one of my seniors got a 68L CTC - 28 fixed, - 10L Vested each year from Atlassian

So lucky he is

Now I get why the product salaries look inflated. Coz they are neither salary nor an yearly. It's just bad mathematics.

For this guy, where esops can be usually spread over 4 yrs, the yearly amount would come to 32+4.8+9= 44.8

I feel for the guy and his family who thinks he is earning 72 L every year.
