Hey Guys Currently I am in my pre final year of my college (IIT) and had done 4 good pm interns and looking forward to launch my startup. Like I have Built the MVP after doing a bit of market and user research.
Can you help me in making my initial team . Like what factors to look and how to onboard co founders , feels difficult to build alone
