Do people want this / imagine an app wherein you could ask for the club scene (crowd quality), or crowding at a beach or a restaurant few mins before you decide to go, and someone on the ground uploads it for you - we reward the supplier and the requester pays. Extended to beaches, airbnbs, hotels etc

IMO, Supply is challenging to figure out.
What will be the incentive for the person uploading the "vibe" ? Is a person who's on a nice time out can really be bothered to upload videos ? That too if he pays attention to your notification ?
How will you keep track of his location ? A single ping in sector 29 can mean about 10 restuarants based on the location accuracy.
Maybe you can partner up with different establishments to share a video feed with you directly ? You can share revenues with them. But there is an issue with this.
On average, the vibe at a place tend to be the same on average. Popular ones are overcrowded. Unpopular ones are deserted. Newly opened ones are unpredictable. So your actual clients are the ones who are in the process of defining themselves. They do have a need for advertising on your platform, but its a short term need. You would need constant attention on the churn.
But on the flip side, you can easily trial this out using insta and grapevine.
Great idea ! Check "vibes" of all clubs on Saturday before leaving house with friends.
Interesting idea but lots of challenges, especially monetization. You'd be limited to tier 1 and 2 cities, that too the non premium crowd that needs to vibe check places.
Should go global early on, but that's a different challenge in itself.
Sorry to burst your bubble buddy but I don't think people give that much of a fcuk about these things to pay someone just so the other person uploads a pic/small vid saying "Hello fraands, yeh dekho mere hotel ka sandaas".
I guess you haven't tried bar hopping, can't get inside many venues without entry fees. It's a valid need for night life folks.
