Trust me finding ideas is BS, I have been doing this for the past five years, discuss more than 10 ideas with friends on lengths and still not able to start. The best is pick industry and start with the most boring work and pivot when required.
What you need is courage to go ahead and try it building in side is not a option in the current competitive world

Part time helper(dusting, cleaning toilets ) at one click of a button , similarly cook, chef at one click for a small party , gathering , Pooja or if someone's unwell for a week , ...maybe these are some needs I look out for my mother in a tier 3 city ...easier said than done but maybe
