I recently got an offer from a US based company offering remote work. That makes it two offers, the other being completely from the office.
I read online that remote jobs are not that great especially for freshers. What are your views on this?
And which one should I prefer? Remote job pays 40% less.
Can you share pay for both of offer?
Offer 1, completely from the office:
10L base + 1L retention, with no other benefits. No paid leaves, not even for gazetted holidays. Strict 10 - 6, sometimes I have to work on Saturday too.
Small start-up with a team of 5 developers, the product is already earning money, we are required to work on creating new features to get more clients
Offer 2, remote
Go to office. 40% less pay and you are still wondering 🤔ðŸ’
