Struggling to figure out targeting on Meta Ads

Perf folks here, I recently ramped up spends through Meta ads, but it’s been leading to poor quality of buyers on my store (selling a slightly premiumish product through a website and app)

I want to target people the way Mokobara does - people in good jobs, well earning etc

But targeting has been a challenge. They have interests but those seem to be not right (getting weird folks). Lookalike etc will only come later for me since I’m early.
