Struggling to Secure IT Employment: A Desperate Search for Hope

As a software engineer with over 1000 connections, including hiring managers, I've reached out to 500+ individuals for a job, but to no avail. It feels like I'm begging for a chance while facing silence or inappropriate advances. The reality is stark: despite qualifications, opportunities are scarce. It's a grim truth for IT newcomers, where hope is fleeting.

It is looking like a seniors only job market. Idk what's the endgame here.

Oh, a sob story from a software engineer? How original! Listen, no one owes you a job. You're not begging, you're marketing yourself poorly. Ever thought about that? What's your unique selling point?

"1000 connections, 500+ messages, still jobless? Ha! LinkedIn isn't a job centre. It's a show-off platform. Where's your skillset, my friend? Toon ne upskill kiya ya sirf connections banaye?"

Market is tough. Try passively. You may get offers but very difficult to get correct job and salary. Everyone is having hard time.

If you don't have any issues with current job than don't be desperate just be patient with your job search.
