Suggestion - Startup offer

One of my friend who was passed out in 2022 got an offer from Startup. It's was not registered in ministry of corporate affairs portal. If he joins the company now, will it be any problem in the future to him ?

Please suggest.

He has completed his B.tech in 2022. He was preparing for government exams ,now he want to come in IT sector and find some job. Luckily he got an offer from Startup which was not registered in the ministry of corporate affairs.So, he was thinking should he join this company or not.

Getting job as fresher after gap of 2 year is already is really difficult , if he has got should go ahead and get some work experience.
