Nagarro has a dynamic work culture with varied projects. Projects are usually allocated based on skills and availability. It's generally considered a good place to work.

The work culture is good in Nagarro. Project Allocation is a bit to-be-worried-for factor. They have an internal team which sends you project proposals based on your skillsets (most of the time the skillsets won't be matching). Let's say if any project manager reaches out to you despite having gaps in their requirements and your skillsets, they will ask to take 2-3 days and learn the technology which you are missing and get interview-ready. They will take 3-4 rounds of interview (2 rounds of internal evaluation and 1 or 2 rounds of client evaluation). Now clearing the client interview completely depends on the client, not you. Even if you give your best, the client might reject your profile without giving any reasons. Anybody joining Nagarro, I'd give them this advice. They mostly do bench hirings. Don't go for it. If they are taking you directly into a project, then it's good and you'll get to learn a lot there. Without project, Nagarro is a NO. With project, Nagarro is a BIG YES!
