How do I start 1. To check if it's viable 2. It's in B2C space and can be extended to B2B also ( but lots of competition in B2B but not B2C due to independent small firms) 3. I am from tech background so I can handle that but the idea need operations and few domain experts 4. I will have to leave my current job since I am working in a startup, all 6 days 10+ hours. How much run away should I be sure of, before jumping full time into it.

Savings for 1 year, 1 domain expert as Co-founder/mentor and ideally at least $5k to spend to check PMF in B2C. Another easier way would be to just check idea’s viability with Fb group/discord etc or running some lead capture type ads. A lot depends on type of idea 💡
