Suggestions on Job search and potentioal referrals

Im a Mobile QA automation engineer with 1.7yrs of experience excluding manual but total of 2.7yrs. Ive worked on building multiple frameworks using gradle and the test automation tools like cucumber junit and testng. I have intensive experience on building, maintaining and upgrading frameworks for better coverage and performance. Most of my experience is on Native app testing for both AN and iOS. Ive worked on various improvements for my framework such as parallel testing enabling, support for switching between driver for native to a web app, using network logs to enable analytics testing for this ive created my own HAR parsing classes too. Ive worked with integrating API to reduce time consumption of scripts and various upgrades and improvements both on technical approach and in process as a team. Im looking for suggestions on how i can better showcase my skills and land a better job as currently i take up all technical challenges for a team of 10 and im the least compensated and also i would like myself to be rated for a reality check. Any constructive criticism is allowed and appreciated thank you.
