After cleaning coding challenges and clearness quizzes on XYZ tech stack i got a call from one of US team member and she asked me about my roles and responsibilities along with salary and all. Also I ask for X amount and they are ok with that .
Now the question is they are providing 7000 USD per month (Actual billing will be on hourly basis) so should I join turing or not ? and also mostly i have to work in PST timing

Depends on your age... Working in PST timing screws up your body. Although 7k usd is dope. If you are young then can join but take care of your health... And if you decline then forward my resume mate....
I am 26 right now and yes you can apply directly because jobs is not limited to one client it is first there will be trial period and that client wikl decide they will hire you or not if they will then minimum 4 and maximum 12 month you can work for that client then you can choose which client you want to work with.
