Switch or not

Hey everyone, I am currently working as a security analyst working for a company that provides pentesting as a service to its clients. I am getting paid 17lpa fixed salary. I earn 80-90k from freelancing every month pre taxes.

So should I switch or not. It's been 3 years I am in this company and I can't see much growth now. I will be doing the same work.

The work is full remote and the culture of company s also nice and workload is fine.

What should I do?

Should I look for a product based company but most of them call onsite. I want remote work only that is mandatory.

Ok I will tell you from my perspective since you are doing freelancing with your current job. I believe you can get that sum or more than that easily by single job (because you have 3+ years experience) now from there you need to think if you can do your freelance job or not. Also I believe workload will be less as compared to working on 2 parallel things. So you have option either to do overtime or not. 2nd you said you don’t see growth then definitely you need to switch to get better positions, better challenges, better learning which will help in your career growth. And I believe 3 years is enough to work on same organisation.
