Suggestions to find Startup jobs

Can you viners guide me towards websites,networking events etc where I can find jobs in startup.

I haven't ever worked with one and am looking for an opportunity.

Don’t go for startups which are too early. Have not raised or planning to raise a round. Unless you know the founders really well.

Secondly, you should just write a mail to founders of the companies in interesting space and you really like them. I’m sure with your yoe it gets difficult to ignore. They’ll mostly write you back if they’ve an opening in the space.

I find wellfound to be okayish.

Been working in startup’s since end of 2021. Please don’t come to startups if you’re used to and liked working in large companies like I did (2 of them were within top 10 of Fortune 500)

Few people doing too many things. There are no processes or systems in place. My current company doesn’t even have an employee handbook despite being 1000+ employees and a decent sized HR team.

If you still want to do it, you can check iimjobs or Instahyre. Networking, attending events didn’t help me at all. Only super early stage companies go there
